Returns & Cancellation

We offers one time complimentary return per order for online orders only. You have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange a return.

When returning a product, please make sure the items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging along with your return request form. 

To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at palmo@palmofbl.com . Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Once your order has been shipped, then the cancellation is going to be in a form of return and refund. 

 

Exchange

Exchange items must be in a form of return/refund(Due to the item limitations). We are unable to issue refund or exchanges on any item that is returned damaged.

Beautiful jewelry should last for a lifetime, for that to happen we need to take care of it.

Things to avoid with your jewelry:

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, whether it is a solid gold or stainless steel waterproof jewelry, try to avoid salt water, chlorine (swimming pools) and all heavy detergents, e.g. bleach, hair spray, cream, cosmetics, perfume and cleaning agents, through which, you can enjoy your jewelry for longer period of time.
